Super power Turmeric will make you feel like a Super Hero. This is the begging of a new season cooking for me and I'm going to start using Turmeric in many recipes, from baking to savory.

Turmeric is full of antioxidants and an excellent anti-inflammatory. My first recipe is this beautiful salad dressing.


  • 1½ cup olive oil

  • 1 piece of fresh turmeric no need to peel or 2 teaspoons ground turmeric

  • 1/2 cup apple cider or lemon juice

  • 2 tablespoon of honey

  • 1 tablespoon of yellow mustard

  • 3 garlic cloves

  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Place all ingredients into a blender. I use and adore my VITAMIX

  2. Blend all the ingredients until reach the desired consistency.
